Egypt = Stress

Okay so I graduated from Blacksburg high school (Virginia, USA) about a year ago and moved here to Egypt and until now I am waiting for the tansik to get me my scores!!!!
Are they stupid or lazy or just annoying??!?!?!?
They can't seem to decide what to do with me and school is supposed to start on September 18... they said that they should have my score and what college I will be able to go to on September 20!!!! really? this is sooooooooooooo annoying!!!
EVERYTHING in Egypt is like this.

When they say:
Tomorrow = 1 week
next week = next month
next month = next semester
Next semester = next year

You could never get anything done on time in Egypt!
